The role involves coordinating with clients, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders; preparing and executing projects, maintenance, and moves; monitoring costs, performance, and resource use; ensuring compliance with legislation, contract terms, and internal guidelines; supporting and challenging the Offshore Installation Manager on performance; and handling incident follow-up. The position requires experience in offshore or maritime operations, a higher professional or university degree in a maritime, technical, or similar background, at least 5 years of relevant experience, leadership or coordination experience, knowledge of offshore regulations and safety systems, and strong English communication skills. The role is based in the Netherlands, in the IJmuiden region, with a mix of office work and occasional offshore visits.
