About the role
Third Officer for General Cargo Ships. Requires valid STCW certificates, valid OOW COC, and a valid medical certificate. Previous experience as Third Officer on general cargo vessels is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of bridge watchkeeping procedures, ECDIS, RADAR, ARPA, GMDSS, safety equipment inspection and maintenance, SOLAS, MARPOL, and the ISM Code. Good English communication skills and a responsible, proactive attitude are required. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
