About the role
RWE Americas is seeking a Manager, Business Development West to lead portfolio optimization activities, regional development materials, M&A evaluation, and new market development. The role coordinates across developers, commercial analysis, power marketing, and interconnection teams, supports executive communications, maintains project data quality, and develops reports, dashboards, budgeting, and forecasting materials. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferred advanced study in Data Science, Energy Policy, or Finance, and at least 5 years of renewable energy development experience, preferably in WECC and CAISO. The role is office-based with some travel and visits to other offices and field locations. The annual base salary range in California is $140,000 to $180,000.
