About the role
Senior Project Manager role for a major £200 million compressor station project in Wormington, Gloucestershire. The position is for a natural gas client and is currently in pre-construction, with delivery planned to continue well into 2030. The role requires approximately 4 days per week on site in Wormington during delivery, with some multi-site working between Cheltenham and Woking. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of 12–20 staff, manage subcontractors and supply-chain partners, and oversee project performance across safety, programme, cost, quality, risk, opportunity and change. Strong experience in heavy civils, process industries or process plant environments is required, along with excellent commercial, contractual and programme management capability and strong client-facing stakeholder skills. Contract or permanent/staff basis considered.
