About the role
Teamlead (m/f/d) blade repair. Permanent employment contract, attractive salary, increased meal allowances for activities abroad and while on longer rotations, and a company fitness program. Responsibilities include repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access, inspecting blade surfaces and internal conditions, dividing work tasks and managing activities, coordinating closely with colleagues in the back office, documenting work, and leading a team of up to 3 colleagues. Requirements include IRATA/FISAT Level 3 or experienced Level 2, prior leadership experience or general wind energy experience, preferably valid OEM certifications such as Vestas ESO, ESQ LOTO2 or BTO, completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or similar, a driving license class B or higher, willingness to travel, and fluent English.
