The role is suited to a senior housekeeping professional with a background in luxury hospitality and a guest-focused approach. The position involves leading all housekeeping operations onboard an ultra-luxury cruise environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest and crew areas, managing and developing an international team, monitoring performance and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and public health requirements. Candidates should have proven experience in a senior housekeeping leadership role, strong ultra-luxury hospitality experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Previous cruise experience is advantageous. Fluent English is required, and fluency in at least one additional European language is highly desirable.
