About the role
HSEQ Coordinator based in Singapore for an established maritime organisation. The role supports day-to-day coordination of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality activities across vessel and shore operations. Responsibilities include maintaining HSEQ records, audits, inspections, incidents, corrective actions and regulatory documentation, and working with vessels, Superintendents, Class, Flag and internal stakeholders to keep records audit-ready and support compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, PSC and ISO standards. Requirements include experience in HSEQ, marine safety, compliance or ship management support within the maritime industry, knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, PSC, Flag State requirements and vessel compliance documentation, and strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
