Requirements include experience on Ro-Pax or Ro-Ro ferries and certificates for a passenger Ro-Ro vessel: Sea Rescue Certificate, Crowd Management Certificate, Safety Certificate for crew directly serving passengers in passenger areas, and Security Duties Certificate (6.4).
