WTG Commissioning Supervisor in Poland. The role focuses on safe, compliant, and high-quality pre-assembly, testing, and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators for reliable long-term operation and handover to Generation. The supervisor will act as the client’s technical and quality authority, provide insight into WTG readiness, risks, and system integrity, and support collaboration with contractors, engineering, commissioning, and asset stakeholders. Responsibilities include representing the client during pre-assembly and commissioning activities, maintaining oversight of WTG deliverables and interfaces, reviewing readiness and acceptance criteria, verifying mechanical completion, monitoring NCRs and defects, tracking progress across contractors and engineering teams, and witnessing reliability testing and commissioning documentation for final handover. The role includes authority to accept or reject work against contractual and technical requirements and to stop work in unsafe conditions or where critical quality deviations affect WTG integrity or personnel safety. Required experience includes technical education or equivalent background with strong WTG knowledge, proven experience in WTG pre-assembly or commissioning, understanding of SCADA and turbine control systems, electrical safety awareness, and strong communication and documentation skills. GWO certifications and OGUK Medical are required, with HV-related qualifications desirable.
