Procurement Engineer for an EPC Oil & Gas project with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC) in the UAE. The role requires mandatory EPC and Saudi Aramco project experience, with responsibilities including RFQ preparation and management, procurement proposal procedures, supplier and vendor coordination, proposal evaluation, material information coordination, compliance with quality and HSE requirements, database maintenance, and progress reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, 10–15 years of EPC Oil & Gas experience, and at least 5 years in Procurement, Proposal, or Tendering. Middle East EPC experience is preferred. The position is for a long-term project with immediate joiners and candidates able to join within 30 days preferred.
