RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Preconstruction Manager to lead and coordinate preconstruction activities for utility-scale wind, solar, and storage renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include managing engineering scope, permitting, interconnection, procurement inputs, construction drawings, site data collection, cost optimization, site layout optimization, civil permitting strategy, utility crossing agreements, and O&M requirements. The role also involves assembling and validating scopes of work, supporting bidding and contractor engagement, and de-risking projects before construction mobilization. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a construction-related field, at least 5 years of experience in renewable energy construction, engineering, and project management, and strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The position is office-based with some travel and field visits.
