RWE Renewables Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel for an 18-month fixed-term contract to join the Australian Legal Team. The role supports renewable energy projects and covers drafting and negotiating major project contracts, advising on procurement and contracting models, managing construction claims and disputes, supporting project financing and partnering transactions, assisting with PPAs, CIS and grid connection arrangements, and providing advice on Australian regulatory matters. The position may be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with regular regional travel and occasional international travel.
