A leading renewable energy EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on Commercial & Industrial solar projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves supervising electricians and installation crews, coordinating daily work activities, installing and overseeing PV modules, racking systems, inverters, switchgear, and other balance-of-system equipment, reading electrical drawings and construction documents, ensuring compliance with NEC requirements and quality standards, conducting daily safety meetings, tracking materials and manpower, collaborating with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors, and supporting system testing, commissioning, and final punch list completion. Qualifications include 3+ years of electrical construction experience with supervisory or lead experience, previous Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician experience, solar construction experience preferred, strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code, ability to read construction drawings and specifications, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred, NABCEP certification a plus, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to project sites.
