About the role
QHSE Offshore Medical Officer for an on-site team supporting offshore projects worldwide. The role involves overseeing medical practices onboard, providing direct medical care, managing medical facilities and supplies, supporting emergency response readiness, maintaining medical reports and statistics, overseeing occupational health and hygiene, assisting with drills and training, participating in meetings, investigating incidents and non-conformities, and carrying out HSE/medical inspections with follow-up. Requires 5 years' experience as an Offshore Medic in high-risk industries, good MS Office skills, and offshore fitness. Offshore wind experience is a plus. Required or preferred certifications include HSE Offshore Medic or similar, Licensed Medic, NEBOSH IDIP/Certificate or equivalent experience, GWO Basic Safety or BOSIET with additional GWO modules, GWO Enhanced First Aid and Advanced Rescue Training, Offshore Medical, HUET + CA-EBS, Chester Step Test or similar, and bi-deltoid measurement.
