Seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager for the Preconstruction team in Chicago, Illinois. The role supports utility-scale PV and BESS projects across the U.S., with a focus on the East Coast and Midwest, and helps align engineering, permitting, cost estimating, and contracting for construction readiness. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering and development inputs, managing schedules, supporting site layout optimization, preparing permitting and interconnection plans, coordinating with O&M on facility specifications and spares, and assembling scopes of work for procurement and contract negotiations. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a construction-related field, 5–7+ years of utility-scale renewable energy experience in construction, engineering, or project management, and strong experience in renewable energy infrastructure, project coordination, permitting, engineering management, and stakeholder communication. PMP certification is preferred. The role requires working from the Chicago office three days per week and traveling 25%–50%.
