About the role

TGRC is supporting the delivery of a major offshore wind project in Japan and is seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Installation Supervisor on a contract basis. The role involves overseeing offshore installation activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, in line with project requirements, technical specifications, installation procedures and programme milestones. Responsibilities include supervising contractor and subcontractor performance, monitoring daily progress, coordinating vessels, equipment, personnel and materials, supporting HSE compliance, participating in toolbox talks and risk assessments, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with quality and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have proven offshore wind installation experience, strong knowledge of offshore wind construction including WTG installation, foundations, cables, substations, heavy lifting, marine operations or balance of plant works, and experience on offshore wind, marine construction, subsea, oil and gas, or major energy infrastructure projects. Relevant offshore, marine, lifting, construction or safety certifications are advantageous.
