About the role
Senior Legal Executive sought for a leading international renewable energy developer and IPP with a significant portfolio across wind, solar and BESS. The role focuses on legal support for turbine procurement and complex commercial contracts, including negotiation, contracting and execution. Responsibilities include supporting the full turbine procurement process, negotiating turbine supply, installation and service agreements, advising on contractual risk, liability, warranties and financial security, managing claims and disputes, and working closely with procurement, project, commercial and transaction teams. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 8–10+ years' post-qualified experience, strong experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction, and proven turbine procurement or wind energy contracting experience. Experience with EPC, FIDIC, supply, construction, O&M or LTSA agreements is desirable, along with strong commercial negotiation and multi-jurisdictional experience.
