About the role
TGRC is seeking an experienced Onshore Wind Blade Repair Technician for contract work supporting onshore wind project activity in South Korea. The role involves blade inspection, defect identification, composite repair, leading edge repair, laminate repair, lightning protection checks, surface preparation, and quality close-out on operational or newly installed wind turbines. The technician will work as part of a site-based team, carrying out repair activities safely at height using approved access methods and maintaining accurate inspection and repair documentation. Requirements include previous experience in blade repair, composite repair, rope access, or wind turbine work, strong knowledge of blade materials and repair methods, and the ability to work outdoors in remote and variable weather conditions. GWO Basic Safety Training, blade repair or inspection certification, IRATA or equivalent rope access qualification, Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid and Fire Awareness are preferred.
