The role focuses on switching operations and power system control across offshore wind farms, ensuring safe and efficient high- and medium-voltage network operations, wind turbine monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating with transmission system operators and stakeholders, defining and optimizing switching and authorization procedures, supporting the Control Room and HV Operators, delivering training and coaching, leading SCADA and control system implementation projects, and analyzing operational events and faults. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical qualification, extensive experience in high-voltage operations or power system control, hands-on switching and substation experience, strong SCADA knowledge, and very good German and English.
