RWE Americas is hiring a full-time, permanent Sr Inventory Control Associate to support Operations & Maintenance in Bay City, Texas. The role reports through an Inventory Control Supervisor and is responsible for master data accuracy, inventory support, warranty claims, purchase requisitions, SAP inventory movements, shipping and receiving, quarterly counts, serialized component tracking, inventory/logistics reporting, spare part reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records and bin locations across multiple sites. The position requires experience with SAP MM or a similar maintenance system, strong organization and communication skills, the ability to work independently, travel to nearby worksites, and work in extreme temperatures. High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
