Digital Operations Product Owner role with RWE Americas in Austin, Texas. Full-time, permanent position within the IT/Digital functional area. The role supports the Operations & Asset Management department and works closely with IT/OT and Engineering teams to manage and develop digital products using agile/SCRUM methods. Responsibilities include managing user stories, gathering user feedback, developing documentation and training materials, analyzing system gaps, tracking product KPIs, managing development budgets, and overseeing user access approvals. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, IT, or Business, at least 3 years of related experience, software development experience, and strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Experience in product ownership, energy or industrial controls, SCRUM, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
