About the role
Offshore CTV crew are required for an offshore wind project in Mozambique. The work involves Crew Transfer Vessel operations supporting 24/7 offshore wind farm activities, including high-speed personnel transfer using waterjet propulsion systems and fast crew boats in dynamic sea conditions. Open positions are Master and Deckhand. Responsibilities include safe navigation, crew transfer operations, deck safety, mooring support, and compliance with offshore wind HSE standards. Masters are responsible for vessel command, high-speed maneuvering, and decision-making during personnel transfer operations. Candidates should have valid STCW certificates, a Seafarer’s Book, valid medical certificates, offshore medical fitness, offshore sea experience, and preferably experience on CTVs or offshore wind farm operations. Experience with fast vessels, high-speed craft, and waterjet propulsion is a strong advantage. Operational English and a safety-minded approach are required. Master candidates must be able to pass Dutch law requirements for endorsement.
