Cadeler is seeking a Junior Contract Manager to support the Contract Management team in the offshore wind industry. Based in Norwich, the role involves supporting client contract review and preparation, tender-stage contractual matters, contract handover to project teams, day-to-day management of executed contracts, subcontractor and supplier agreements, financial forecasting, business control activities, and contractual awareness across the organisation. The position offers the opportunity to develop within a collaborative international team and gain experience across tender and project execution phases. Requirements include a relevant academic degree, up to 1–2 years of relevant experience, interest in commercial contracts and contract management, fluency in English, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIMCO Supplytime and/or FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
