An established marine organisation is seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to provide operational and marine assurance support across a fleet of offshore and wind-focused vessels. This shore-based position is suited to an experienced senior deck officer with strong Dynamic Positioning exposure and a sound understanding of offshore vessel operations. The role involves marine operational oversight for an assigned group of vessels, supporting Masters and senior officers, and maintaining standards across navigation, marine operations, safety, compliance, and client delivery. Responsibilities include day-to-day marine and operational support, vessel inspections and reviews, support for external inspections, follow-up of deficiencies and improvement actions, internal audits, marine assurance activities, incident investigations, operational risk review, safe navigation and bridge resource management support, offshore operational guidance, support for offshore projects and wind farm activities, project planning and vessel-specific operational requirements, statutory/class/flag certification monitoring, safety and security responsibilities, vessel report review, identification of training or competency gaps, support for senior marine personnel assessment, and contribution to the development and improvement of marine procedures and standards.
