Responsibilities include overseeing electrical aspects of wind turbine tower pre-assembly, ensuring quality and safety standards, supervising electrical technicians and subcontractors, conducting inspections and testing, resolving electrical issues, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Requirements include proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the wind energy sector, strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations in wind turbines, leadership and team management skills, ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings, and good English communication skills; Korean proficiency is a plus.
