The role involves promoting a proactive HSE culture, supporting data-driven risk management, maintaining HSE systems and documentation, participating in emergency response, audits, safety meetings, inspections, workshops, incident investigations, contractor liaison, and follow-up on corrective actions. It also includes reporting incidents, supporting site HSE meetings, and maintaining personal competence and training validity. Requirements include professional English, relevant academic or technical background, 3-5 years of HSE experience ideally in offshore windfarm construction, experience commissioning offshore substations, strong communication skills, IT literacy, root cause analysis and incident investigation experience, and an HSE qualification such as NEBOSH Level 3 or similar. Required certificates include full GWO qualifications, HUET with CA-EBS, OEUK medical or equivalent, and Polish medical and OHS training.
