HSE Advisor required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in Poland. Responsibilities include facilitating regular HSE meetings with contractor and JV partners, reviewing RAMS, conducting operational HSE assessments, delivering HSE inductions for client representatives, presenting at kick-off meetings, preparing HSE walk reports using a digital inspection tool, and entering incidents and proactive measures in Synergi. Other duties relate to project QHSE risk management processes and the APQHSE management framework. Requirements include English language skills, a relevant academic or technical background, at least 3 years of HSE experience ideally in onshore renewables or offshore windfarm construction, strong interpersonal and communication skills, IT literacy, knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation, a completed NEBOSH qualification (minimum level 3) or similar, and a current clean European driver's license.
