Senior Risk Management Specialist role at RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. The position involves implementing and continuously improving end-to-end risk management processes across RWE Offshore Operations, covering operational, technical, commercial, regulatory and other business risks. Responsibilities include partnering with operations teams to identify, quantify and treat risks; coordinating input from subject matter experts; developing best practices for risk management; maintaining accurate risk data; analysing trends and portfolio-wide risks; preparing risk reports for business planning and forecasting; monitoring critical risks and treatment measures; and providing peer reviews, coaching and guidance across the business. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, several years of professional experience, experience with risk management processes, governance and audit activities, knowledge of commercial processes, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and business-fluent English. Experience in offshore wind, power generation, oil and gas, chemicals, aviation or a comparable asset-intensive industry is advantageous. Active or passable SC-level National Security vetting may be required.
