RWE Americas is hiring a Senior Solar Farm Technician to support the on-site safety, operation, maintenance, and performance of solar assets within a regional portfolio. The role includes supervising and coordinating daily operations, planned and corrective maintenance, event response, contractor oversight, technical reporting, and compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and applicable regulations. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred associate degree in engineering or a related field, NABCEP certification or an electrical license preferred, an unrestricted driver license, and substantial experience in renewable energy, power plant operations, and maintenance of medium- and high-voltage systems. The position also requires strong safety knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and willingness to work shifts, travel as assigned, and work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
