Responsibilities include coordinating implementation actions, maintaining trackers, coordinating follow-up across stakeholders, supporting meetings and workshops, documenting decisions, following up on actions and escalations, supporting reusable processes and templates, and providing management reporting. The role requires strong PMO experience in complex cross-functional corporate environments, excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills, the ability to independently drive actions across multiple functions, strong analytical skills, and experience with senior stakeholders and distributed teams. Preferred experience includes Human Rights, ESG, sustainability, supply-chain due diligence, client structures, Human Rights risk systems, and Project Finance or major infrastructure and energy projects.
