About the role

TGRC is supporting a major renewable energy developer with contract requirements across a large onshore wind construction portfolio in Finland. The role is for an experienced Electrical and IT Supervisor with construction-phase experience across electrical balance of plant, IT systems, substations, transformers and wind farm electrical infrastructure. The position involves supervising site-based electrical works, coordinating with contractors, monitoring quality and progress, and supporting delivery of electrical infrastructure in line with project requirements. Responsibilities include supervising daily construction activities related to e-BoP, IT, substation and transformer scopes; monitoring quality and progress; coordinating with the Grid Manager, Site Manager and contractors; overseeing QA/QC and HSE performance; documenting deviations; supporting technical reviews; participating in design meetings; and assisting with risk identification and mitigation. Requirements include a degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, strong experience supervising electrical installation works on construction projects, knowledge of wind farm electrical infrastructure and related grid works, and fluency in Finnish and English.
