Sr Operations Controlling Associate role with RWE Americas, LLC. This full-time, permanent position is part of Finance / Controlling and supports Operations leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements for a portfolio of onshore wind, solar, and energy storage operating assets. Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly reporting, plan and forecast management, KPI tracking, performance presentations, optimization analysis, and support for automation and data quality initiatives in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related tools. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent experience, at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting tools. CPA is preferred.
