RWE Americas is hiring a Project Controls Manager in Chicago, Illinois. This full-time, permanent role will manage project controls workstreams across multiple projects, supporting accurate cost, schedule, budget, forecasting, and performance reporting. The position partners with project managers, controllers, preconstruction, finance, and other functions to improve process reliability, analyze variances, review invoices and change orders, support tax equity deliverables, oversee SAP purchase requisitions, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and project data integrity. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with renewable energy, construction, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, scheduling, forecasting, and financial reporting is preferred.
