Technical Trainer role supporting Avangrid Power's wind turbine fleet by developing and delivering training programs, coaching field personnel, and improving operational processes. Responsibilities include reviewing and improving training materials, delivering in-person, web-based, and self-paced training, training personnel on EAM systems, technical topics, safety, and operations-related areas, managing external training professionals, supporting operational needs, maintaining technical proficiency, and responding to technical inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant experience, experience with Oracle, SAP, or other EAM systems, 3+ years of training in an energy production environment, instructor-led training experience, advanced computer skills, and approximately 40% travel. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, power plant and electrical systems experience, and Spanish fluency.
