RWE Americas is hiring a Senior Utility Scale Development Associate in Austin, Texas. This full-time, permanent role supports the initiation, development, and acquisition of utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include site due diligence, land control agreements, environmental and permitting work, interconnection, engineering and pre-construction support, energy yield analysis, tax abatements, power marketing, tax equity financing, project budgeting and scheduling, acquisition due diligence, and preparation of management presentations and internal approvals. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, economics, or related field, at least 3 years of relevant project development or adjacent power-sector experience, strong project management and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
