About the role
M&A Manager role with a fast-growing renewable energy IPP operating across Poland and wider European markets. The business focuses on the development, acquisition, financing, construction and operation of renewable energy assets, with a particular emphasis on utility-scale solar, wind and energy storage projects. The role supports origination, assessment and execution of acquisition, disposal and partnership opportunities in the Polish renewable energy market, working across investment and corporate development functions with senior management and internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include financial analysis and valuation, financial modelling, due diligence coordination, investment paper preparation, transaction structuring and support for portfolio optimisation initiatives. Candidates should have experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure investment, project finance or corporate development, along with strong financial modelling and valuation skills and a good understanding of renewable energy project economics. Fluency in Polish and English would be highly advantageous.
