About the role
UTM Consultants are seeking Site Technicians in Poland for a one-year contract starting 29 October 2026, lasting approximately 48 weeks. The role involves maintenance and replacement of defective fall-arrestors, cleaning offshore assets, generator maintenance assistance, installation and removal of reflectors and navigation lights, site walk-downs, inspection and certification of hook-on points, vessel fuelling support, waste removal, cleaning of mould and mildew, and general onshore and offshore duties. Additional tasks may include handover inspections on foundations, WTG and TPs, maintenance of offshore structure components, commissioning support, confined space work, prism installation and removal, and sacrificial anode work. Rotation is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Required certifications include GWO Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, BOSIET/HUET incl. CA-EBS, OGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester Step, Polish Occupational Health Assessment, and HSE training certification (BHP). Polish forklift and crane operator certificates are preferred.
