About the role
TGRC is supporting the delivery of a major offshore wind project in Japan and is seeking an experienced Client Representative to join on a contract basis. The role involves representing the client during offshore construction and installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, attending briefings and coordination meetings, reviewing offshore activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards, maintaining daily reports, and liaising with project, marine coordination, HSE, QA/QC, engineering and installation teams. Candidates should have experience in offshore wind, marine construction, subsea, oil and gas, heavy lift, cable installation, foundations, WTG installation or major energy infrastructure projects, along with strong offshore construction, vessel operations, HSE and quality control knowledge. Relevant offshore, marine, construction, safety or technical certifications would be advantageous. Day rate is competitive and dependent on experience.
