Investment Associate role at a growing European renewable energy investment platform in Poland. Transaction-focused position covering the acquisition and development of solar PV, wind and battery storage assets, with exposure to financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and investment committee work. Responsibilities include building and owning financial models, valuation and scenario analysis, assessing project risks, supporting due diligence, preparing investment committee materials, and working with senior investment, development, legal, finance and technical teams. The role requires around 3–4 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years of exposure to Polish renewable energy projects or transactions, strong financial modelling and valuation skills, understanding of the Polish renewables market, and fluency in Polish and English. Experience across BESS, solar or wind transactions, project finance, PPAs, capacity markets or merchant revenue structures is particularly relevant.
