About the role

OSS Fabrication Supervisor LV/MV required for a major offshore wind developer based in the Netherlands. The role involves supervision of fabrication and installation of OSS electrical systems, including SCADA, LV/MV, HVAC, fire protection, AUX, and monitoring systems; QA/QC surveillance; verification of fabrication progress, quality, and readiness for delivery; monitoring of assembly, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities; coordination of contractor interfaces and Free Issued Materials (FIM); witnessing and/or execution of factory acceptance tests and system testing; identification and reporting of risks, delays, and non-conformances; verification of fabrication processes and installation against approved documentation and drawings; supervision of delivered items; and preparation of progress and quality reports. Requirements include experience in electrical supervision within offshore wind, offshore substations, or similar large-scale energy projects; background in fabrication yard activities and vendor supervision; experience with LV/MV and auxiliary systems; knowledge of QA/QC processes; experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning, including FAT/SAT participation; ability to coordinate interfaces and manage FIM; understanding of relevant industry standards; ability to read technical drawings and specifications; and a proactive approach to risk identification and problem-solving.
