About the role

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead Contract Management for its UK Offshore Wind team in London. The role involves leading a team of Contract Managers responsible for the execution of high-value contracts during construction and operational phases of offshore wind projects. The position also includes acting as Senior Contract Manager for selected contracts, providing commercial guidance, managing contractual risks and opportunities, and supporting project delivery through contract and claim management. Responsibilities include team leadership, contract and procurement oversight, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Extensive experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or related disciplines within offshore wind or major construction projects is required, along with proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder, communication, and negotiation skills. High presence in the London office is mandatory, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Active or passable National Security vetting to SC level may be required.
