About the role
RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a highly driven and experienced Wind Turbine Engineering Leader to lead a team of turbine engineers supporting the Americas fleet. The role focuses on wind turbine commissioning, field troubleshooting, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and long-term reliability and performance improvements across a growing onshore wind portfolio. The position works closely with Operations, Asset Management, Construction, Commissioning, OEMs, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues, establish best practices, and translate field experience into fleet-wide improvements. The role is primarily office-based with some travel to wind sites and field operations, and hands-on engagement in operational environments may be required. This position is full time and permanent.
