About the role

RWE Americas is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to lead and coordinate permitting and crossing efforts for utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role will manage subcontractor deliverables, integrate surveying and title inputs into crossing matrices, and support scheduling and documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with environmental, engineering, legal, and construction teams; developing and maintaining permitting schedules; leading preliminary and final crossing matrices; overseeing subcontractor activities; reviewing and approving exhibits and documentation; tracking progress toward agreement completion; and ensuring accurate documentation for internal and external reporting. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in renewable energy projects, infrastructure development, or utility-scale project management. Strong knowledge of permitting processes, subcontractor coordination, project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Teams is required.
