RWE Americas is hiring a full-time, permanent Blade Repair Services Technician Associate to join the Blade Repair Services team. The role involves inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a North American fleet of wind turbines, including climbing wind towers, performing composite repairs, supporting blade access operations, handling repair equipment, and assisting with blade replacements. Responsibilities include safe work practices, QA/QC documentation, and reading engineering work instructions. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, demonstrated blade damage assessment and repair experience, knowledge of wind turbine blade construction and composite materials, and preferably GWO certification and rigging or blade access platform experience.
