The role is for a motivated Accounting & Treasury professional at either Junior or Senior Associate level. Requirements include native Japanese or professional-to-native Japanese fluency, 5 to 10 years of practical experience in corporate accounting, finance, or audit roles, hands-on experience in accounting close, payments, tax, or budget management, and a solid understanding of Japanese GAAP with IFRS exposure as a plus. Responsibilities include financial control over monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, tax and audit support, treasury and payment process controls, and assistance with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and a control-oriented mindset are required.
