Wind Farm Technician II for RWE Americas, LLC in Maroa, Illinois. Full-time, permanent, non-exempt role in Operations & Maintenance supporting the safe and reliable operation of wind farms and related renewable energy assets. Responsibilities include scheduled and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, system testing, documentation in a digital maintenance management system, continuous improvement support, and mentoring Trainee and Associate Technicians. The role also includes on-call availability and may involve travel between sites. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant hands-on technical experience, an unrestricted driver’s license, and experience with wind turbines, solar, BESS, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or power systems maintenance. Additional preferred qualifications include a Journeyman or Master Electrician license and wind technician credentials.
