EHS Specialist based in Rotterdam for a major capital project. The role focuses on on-site environmental, health, and safety management during construction and commissioning phases. Responsibilities include EHS leadership, implementing and monitoring site plans, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, supporting contractors and project managers, advising on emergency preparedness, delivering training, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Requirements include extensive EHS supervision experience in project construction support, knowledge of EHS systems in gases or petrochemical industries, relevant EHS qualification, strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills, familiarity with OSHA, Dutch regulations, EPA, DOT, and Drug & Alcohol standards, ability to read P&IDs and single line drawings, and experience with LOTO and PTW systems. Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication are preferred.
