Responsibilities include day-to-day STS operations, incident support, emergency response, HSEQ initiatives, business development, tenders, and operational planning. Requirements include at least 5 years of shore-based STS operational experience, 3 years of team leadership, strong knowledge of OCIMF STS Transfer Guide requirements, and experience managing tanker and marine logistics operations. Preferred background includes Master Mariner, Chief Officer, or Marine Superintendent experience.
