Ship-to-Ship (STS) Regional Operations Manager based in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. This permanent full-time role involves leading regional STS operations, ensuring safe and compliant transfers in line with OCIMF guidelines and local regulations, coordinating operational resources, managing and developing regional personnel, supporting incident investigations and emergency response, and contributing to business development and operational planning. The role requires at least 5 years of shore-based STS operational experience, 3 years of team leadership and operational management experience, knowledge of OCIMF STS Transfer Guide requirements, and a background in tanker and marine logistics operations. Preferred qualifications include Master Mariner, Chief Officer, Marine Superintendent or similar maritime credentials, with experience working with oil majors, traders, and international tanker operators.
