Warehouse Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland. Responsibilities include coordinating the client warehouse and yard setup in the Port of Leba, managing PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage, overseeing equipment return and maintenance, preparing tools and cargo with site technicians, loading and unloading of CTVs via shoreside crane, receiving and sending stores and cargo, managing stock and document control for equipment certification, coordinating daily port facility sharing for the site team and visitors, maintaining yard security and access control, welcoming visitors and supporting site induction, informing the client team about external visitors, and assisting with parking arrangements for employees and guests. Requirements include Polish right to work, Slinger/Banksman certification, a valid UDT Forklift Operator Licence, a valid UDT Stationary Crane Operator Certificate up to 3.5 tonnes, and valid GWO certifications for Manual Handling, Fire Awareness and First Aid.
